The outcomes of this project included enhanced curricular and co-curricular, pedagogical, assessment and academic support practices contributing to internationalisation within and across partner institutions, based upon a high level of engagement and collaboration across stakeholders at all levels.

Holistic Competencies
Holistic Competence Builder (HCB) is a gallery of resources to develop the competencies students need for the complex and volatile world. Here, students can explore elements that make up those competencies, learn from professionals, and business executives, and acquire strategies to build up their proficiency for the future.

Flipped Classroom for Graduate Teaching Assistant Program
-Revamped a graduation teaching assistants training course of 600 intakes per cohort.

Teaching for Diversity – A pilot program
Teaching for Diversity Training Program is a 2-semester program designed for Graduate Teaching Assistants (GTAs), full-time RPGs, to develop their intercultural teaching competence (ITC) to address the needs for GTAs to be more culturally prepared and competent to teach in a diverse classroom. Supported by the cross-institutional UGC fund to promote the internationalization of teaching and learning, the aims of this pilot training program include:

developing ITC of GTAs to diversify teaching to address the diverse needs of learners;
-
incorporating intercultural-related challenges faced by GTAs to enhance the existing GTA Training Program
-
creating ITC teaching and learning materials and resources for a broader community

Digital Literacy Laboratory
A digital hub for supporting modern teaching and learning. DLL is equipped with digital video facilities and a multipurpose studio to encourage active learning and experiences through digital technologies.

BASC3100
New Course Development and Teaching
This course invites students to engage intellectually with study abroad/overseas exchanges, aiming to integrate individual and collective insights for transformative learning.
The course draws upon three main student experiences:
1) Pre-Departure (students intending to go on exchange or an equivalent experience)
2) Re-Integration (students returning from exchange or an equivalent experience) and
3) Ongoing (incoming exchange students to HKU from overseas).
This unique structure provides a spatial, temporal, and experiential diversity to the classroom that enhances intersubjective learning.
